Q: How do I order an item?
A: To place an order simply select your desired items by clicking on the ‘add to cart’ tab and when finished, you simply go to checkout, where the final stage of the order is processed, along with your payment, the system will create a new account for you when you first place an order, subsequently you will be logged in automatically, this is all done using PayPal express checkout

Q: What does PAL format mean?
 
A: Simply put, PAL is the standard format on which UK and European games are set. Some machines have region locking in place to deter games from other regions such as Japan or the USA being played on their hardware. In most cases, region convertors or modifications are available.
