Power Macintosh Performa 6100 recapping service premium, all board revisions, all electrolytic capacitors are replaced. The Power Macintosh 6100 logic board is recapped using high quality capacitors.

  • Removal of existing capacitors.
  • Clean-up and preparation of area.
  • Replace all surface mount capacitors using polymer (non leaking) capacitors.

 

NOTE this is not a repair service, the logic board needs to be in working order as recapping is a preventative measure.

The Macintosh SE/30 was released in the UK in 1989 which came with an 68030 Motorola CPU running at 16mhz. It came with either 1Mb or 4Mb ram which is upgradeable to 128Mb. The Mac SE/30 was discontinued in 1991 and was replaced with the Macintosh Classic II.

  • Replace 2 x Axial capacitors using high quality standard electrolytic capacitors (these are not available in axial form).
