What is Refurbished? Each Commodore Amiga A500 mainboard is professionally recapped and deep cleaned using a Ultrasonic cleaner, bathed using deionised water and professional grade PCB/Flux cleaning solution. Once completed it is dried and a full diagnostic test is completed. Each unit is thoroughly inspected make sure the Amiga 500 worked as it did when it first came from the factory back in the 1980’s. Case and keyboard is stripped and cleaned but due to age may show signs of use and age. It can take up to 21 working days for machines to be completed due to the high volume of orders, please take this into account when ordering. What is Ultrasonic cleaning? Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–40 kHz) to agitate a fluid, this fluid is made up for this specific job which is to clean and remove any flux left over from recapping. Amiga A1200 Motherboard – Refurbished

Amiga A1200 motherboard fully refurbished (various motherboard revisions). Each A1200 motherboard is professionally refurbished and has had the following work completed:

Tested before any work has began.
All electrolytic capacitors removed using professional tools and techniques (no twisting off caps and boards a pre-warmed before the removing capacitors using hot air) this puts far less stress to the board itself.
Pads cleaned with flux/wick/IPA.
New electrolytic capacitors installed using our premium polymer capacitors.
Modulator removed.
Timing fix applied for ACA , TF1230, TF1260 Accelerator Cards.
Board retested - Video (composite and RGB), Audio, CIA, Floppy, IDE, Parallel, Serial, Mouse, Joystick, DF1.
Board ultrasonic cleaned at 60 degrees using deionised water and professional PCB flux cleaner and then dried.
Board tested again and tested for a minimum of 4 hrs playing a rolling demo.

ReAmiga A1200 Rev 1.5 Refurbishment Service built using an A1200 board the customer supplies as a donor*. The Re-Amiga A1200 is a reverse engineered board by John "Chucky" Hertell. and is a full A1200 board with some extras added which include:

VGA Connector added, VGA monitor needs to support 15Khz!

Once ordered we will request a 10% deposit to secure the service and send the you the address where to send you A1200 donor board. * Custom chips will be tested before hand, any custom chips which are faulty we will contact you and send a quote for the any faulty chips or parts. ** ReAmiga board does not come with any metal shielding.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any deposit made if we find an issues with securing any component or costs have increased to a level where building a unit becomes unaviable.

Amiga 500 Plus Mainboard Remake Ramixx500 Fully Built

Amiga 500 Plus mainboard remake AKA Ramixx500 is a motherboard clone of the classic A500 Plus REV 8.1A made by SukkoPera and not to be confused with the A500 ++ (A500 Plus Plus). The Ramixx500 is a good alternative to replace your existing broken A500 Plus board using your custom chips or one that is plug and play and soaked tested. The Ramixx500 board has had a few improvements added compared to the original A500 Plus board:

Kickstart Switches - You can burn your Eproms and have 2 different kickstarts and use the jumpers or add switches to switch between kickstarts
DF0 Switch - Again becoming a must for Amiga owners to have both a internal Gotek and external drive or vice-versa, best of both worlds!
