By paying a deposit it will be deemed that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions.

Deposits

A non-refundable 33% deposit is required in order to secure the commission of your refurbished computer/console or bespoke item, orders are not fully confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by us.

Payment

Payment can be made by bank transfer (details will be provided) or by the payment link within the invoice where all major credit and debit cards are accepted. Our card payments and invoicing system is provided by Squareup.com

Once your refurbished computer/console or bespoke item is ready to be shipped, it is at that point we will request the final payment.

Warranty

All our refurbished computers/consoles come with a 90 day RTB limited warranty. The customer is responsible for returning the equipment and postage costs to us. We will be resposable for the cost to return the item back to the customer.

The warranty covers parts and labour.

We do not sell items on a trial basis.

Items covered by our warranty that are considered faulty beyond repair will be replaced with a product of at least equal specification. Should a product be replaced, the warranty period will not extend beyond the original specified period.

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear of Product use.
Misuse, lack of care, physical damage to the product as a result of an impact, liquid spillage, power surge or any similar activity.
Use of the Product other than for its intended purpose.
Damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance.
Software faults caused by the end user corrupting the operating system through misuse, installation of incompatible software etc.
Damage to the operating system or other software as a result of virus infection.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
