Amiga PicoPSU Adaptor suitable for the A500/A600/A1200. The right angled connector provides a lower profile. You can operate the unit using a toggle or push to make switch.

A 90W PicoPSU power supply, with a 60W mains adaptor, has been sufficient to operate an Amiga 600 and Amiga 1200 with a 040 and CD-ROM.

  What's included?
  • Professionally refurbished Amiga 1200 Unit (excluding mouse and PSU, these are options that can be added below).
  What is refurbished? Each Commodore Amiga 1200 mainboard is professionally recapped (standard or Polymer is available at extra cost) and deep cleaned using a Ultrasonic cleaner, bathed using deionised water and professional grade PCB/Flux cleaning solution. Once completed it is dried and a full diagnostic test is completed. Each unit is thoroughly inspected make sure the Amiga 1200 worked as it did when it first came from the factory back in the 1990’s, case and keyboard is stripped and cleaned but due to age may show signs of use. Each Amiga 1200 is refurbished to the customers specifications, with that in mind each unit can take 14/21 working days to prepare and test depending on demand.   What is Ultrasonic cleaning? Ultrasonic cleaning is a process that uses ultrasound (usually from 20–40 kHz) to agitate a fluid, this fluid is made up for this specific job which is to clean and remove any flux left over from recapping. Amiga 500 Gotek unit is a great replacement for your failing Amiga 500 or Amiga 500 Plus floppy drive or you wish to simply replace it with a Gotek drive. These are plug and play in that you simply remove your existing Amiga 1200/600 floppy drive and replace it with this unit (you use your existing bracket). 2 new screws will also be supplied to secure it to the Amiga 500. You will need a USB memory stick (NOT included) with your loaded ADF files but we offer an option for a pre-configured USB stick below. This Gotek will fit:

What are Amiga ADF files?

ADF files is the standard Amiga Disk Format for floppy disk images. no different to Sega or Nintendo roms, ADF’s are images of Amiga floppy disk games. Not only could you have access to a huge back catalogue of retro Amiga games, but there are still brand new games being released today, for example: Raid over Moscow or Bridge Strike these are all available as ADF files.
