Once you add your own Raspberry Pi, setup an SD card and plug it in the trapdoor of the A1200 like all A1200 accelerators (TF1230 or TF1260) you will have an accelerated Amiga 1200!

NOTE: This is a community project and will require some knowledge of the AmigaAmiga. We DO NOT provide any support for getting this product running but we do offer a fully working plug and play solution for your A1200, but how to’s and tips are available via the following Discord channel https://discord.com/invite/j6rPtzxaNW Also this product is still in BETA and while compatibility is very high, updates are always being released to increase compatibility with software and games.

We do sell refurbished Amiga A1200’s  can have a PiStorm32-lite pre-installed tested and running (if supply of Raspberry Pi’s are available if if one is supplied to us. Also we can add a PiStorm21-Lite installation as part of any Amiga 1200 recapping service.

We support developers and a percentage of the purchase price of the PiStorm adaptor is given to Claude Schwarz

  • Do you accept boards from outside the UK?

    YES! We do and the process is not dissimilar from UK one. The only difference is the package requires a customs form (CN22) which every post office will be able to assist with, it simply states what is in the package, why is it being exported (repair or other) and value (put what you feel the value is, makes zero difference to us. Once the board is completed, we do the same in reverse, this should not attract customs fees as its going back to the origin country 'repaired'. Return shipping costs are requested at the checkout, to do this add any of our recapping services to your shopping basket and then at the checkout simply fill in the billing and shipping form including your telephone and email address (important) and click the 'Request a quote' link. You will receive an email within 24hrs with the shipping cost and you can then proceed with the order by clicking on the 'Complete your order' within the email. There is no need to leave the checkout page open your web browser.

  • AmigaOS 3.2 ADF Files (Licenced AmigaOS 3.2 is available here)
  • AmigaOS 3.2.2 update (available free from Hyperion’s website once you register AmigaOS 3.2)
  • AmigaOS 3.2.2.1 hotfix (again available free from Hyperon)
  • Picasso96 drivers from Aminet
  • Internet connection from your Amiga (to register AmiKit on AmiKit Servers) using a PCMCIA WiFi or LAN card, Plipbox etc. There is a 15min demo of Roadshow TCP/IP stack included. 

  • Full HD 1920×1080 monitor (or at least HD 1360×768) for RTG desktop plus a second Amiga monitor for 15kHz native modes like PAL/NTSC (or just one monitor with multiple inputs or a suitable video upscaler like the Indivision AGA MK3 for the A1200 allowing 15kHz modes on modern monitors)
