What is Refurbished?
The Atari STE mainboard has been professionally recapped and is then thoroughly inspected and tested including:
- Full Keyboard check.
- Floppy drive read and write test.
- Sound checked.
- Video checked.
- Case and keyboard is stripped and deep cleaned.
We can also perform any of the following Atari STE fixes if required or upgrades, ask for further details.
- 10K pull up resistor network to the DMA databus.
- 1772 Pull up Resistors added.
- STE Video Ghosting Fix Applied.
- STE Reset fix 22uF added across C100.
- Bus resistors replaced with 2.2k resistor arrays.
- TOS Upgrades.

Macintosh Classic II Recapping Service (Premium)
Macintosh Classic II recapping service (Premium), all board revisions, all electrolytic capacitors are replaced. The Macintosh Classic logic board is recapped using high quality capacitors. NOTE this is NOT a repair service, the Macintosh Colour Classic needs to be in working order.
- Removal of existing capacitors.
- Clean-up and preparation of area.
- Replace all surface mount capacitors using polymer (non leaking) capacitors.
Amiga A2000 Recapping Service (Standard)
Amiga A2000 recapping service, all board revisions, NOTE this is NOT a repair service.
- Check of the board before recapping is begun.
- Removal of existing capacitors.
- Cleanup and preparation of area.
- Replace using Panasonic/Wurth/KEMET capacitors.
- Retest (Video, Audio, Floppy Boot, SCSI (if HDD is present).

Important Information:
MMULib’s for the A630 Accelerator
The A630 Accelerator requires the installation of MMULib’s and it very important you use the right ones for the kickstart ROM you are using:

Install the MMULib package that came with the installation CD ONLY and NOT the ones from Aminet.
Notes:
- Some demos or games may require disable “CPU CACHE” for better compatibility with the MC68000.
- The card is designed to work with 3.1 Roms and above including 3.2 and 3.2.1 of which can be purchased below.
- An internal HDD/CF/SD Card needs to be installed for the A630 to boot.
*2Mb Chip ram is strongly recommended for WHDLoad which is available here

Did you know?
The Macintosh SE/30 was released in the UK in 1989 which came with an 68030 Motorola CPU running at 16mhz. It came with either 1Mb or 4Mb ram which is upgradeable to 128Mb. The Mac SE/30 was discontinued in 1991 and was replaced with the Macintosh Classic II.
