  • Removal of existing capacitors.

Recapping the Amiga A1000 is a good preventive measure, and with age they start getting tired which could lead to issues later on, remember these are 35 plus years old now. Recapping the Atari STe PSU is a good preventive measure, the reason being these capacitors are under alot of stress (which they are designed to take of course) however with age they start getting tired which could lead to issues later on. The Checkmate 1500 Plus cases are same as the ones you can purchase directly from checkmate1500plus.com however we don't sell the cases individually, the case is however included as part of our build service.
What does our service include?

  • Amiga A600 rear I/O Panel.
  • Genuine Checkmate 1500 Plus 200W SFX PSU.
  • Transplant of your existing A600 board or purchase one of our refurbished boards.
  • Installation of Amiga 600 ATX Power adaptor kit.
  • Transplant of existing A600 Floppy Drive.
  • Upgrade of Kickstart Rom to 3.1 (Licenced Cloanto)
  From this you can then add optional extras, for example housing your existing A600 keyboard or an accelerator from the choices below, of course there are many upgrades which can be done but would be far too many to list and so many different combinations! PRODUCT DISCONTINUED AmigaOS 3.1.4 ROM Burning Service for Amiga A3000, within this service we will burn the AmigaOS 3.1.4 Kickstart ROM files to 2 x physical kickstart ROMs both HI and LO which can be installed in your real Amiga 3000.

The Process:
This service requires proof of your purchase of the digital version of AmigaOS 3.1.4 (for example screenshot of your purchase from the Hyperion website). Please note ONLY customers who already bought digital version of AmigaOS 3.1.4 can purchase this service. If the buyer is unable to provide proof of the purchase from the Hyperion website the transaction will be canceled and funds will be refunded minus any processing fees (if Paypal was used to purchase this service).
Providing Proof:
We have provided a very easy way to upload proof of ownership below, simply upload a screenshot of confirmation of the order from the Hyperion website or a screenshot of the confirmation email using the upload tool below. If your purchasing more than one set of ROMS, you will need a licence per ROM set.

Amiga 500 Composite S-Video Modification
Amiga A500 Plus Composite/S-Video Output Module
Amiga A500 Plus Composite/S-Video output module provides both Composite and and S-Video output via a extra PCB. This service provides the Composite/S-Video module and installation to your Amiga 500 Plus. Installation does require the whole bottom half of the Amiga A500 Plus so the Composite/S-Video module can be installed. What are the benefits of the Composite/S-Video module?
  • No need for the large modulator sticking out of the back of the Amiga A500 Plus.
  • Provides true composite video signal as the signal is directly from the RGB outputs.
  • Provides true S-Video video signal as again is directly from the RGB outputs.
  • Neat internal solution that provides both composite phono port and S-Video port (case modification is required and included in the service).
This service takes into account the whole bottom half of the Amiga A500 Plus will be sent. Return UK shipping will be via Parcel Force and calculated at the checkout. £100 shipping insurance is included in the base price. Extra insurance can be added via the options below.
